Complaints

If at any time you feel you are unhappy with a service provided by Hedge-Witchery you are able to instigate our complaints procedure.

- Step 1: Contact us via the contact form outlining the nature of your complaint. We will reply to you offering remedial action if any is required, (this may include monetary recompense.)

- Step 2: If you happy with the remedial action this will be enacted and the complaint closed. If you are unhappy with the remedial action proposed, you should reply to our initial correspondence proposing what remedial action you think is necessary.

- Step 3: If we agree the remedial action you propose to be fair this will be enacted and the complaint will be closed. If we are still unable to agree on a suitable way to resolve the complaint you may be provided with contact details of third party organisations we are affiliated with in order to have a fair unbiased assessment of the complaint.

Please not this procedure does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
